Step 1 : Lot Inventory
Our lot inventory is spread throughout the Bryan-College Station area ready to be built in highly desirable neighborhoods. You will meet with our team to review which neighborhood you'd prefer. If you have a lot, we require an onsite visit to see which plans would be possible to build according to lot size and area.
Step 2 : Home Design Development
Murphy Signature Homes offers a wide selection of spec floor plans or the option of a custom floor plan. Our team will utilize our pre-made palettes that include: exterior, interior, lighting, appliances, and plumbing selections.
Step 3 : Scheduling & Budget Development
We obtain subcontractors and vendors based on your approved selections with a confirmation of the overall budget for your home. Once your permit is issued, we will be able to move forward in construction.
Step 4 : Project Management & Construction
Construction will be overseen by our superintendents, who will be on the site daily to ensure all work is done to the proper standards of Murphy Signature Homes. Our team oversees all subcontractors, consultants and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise. While we go to great lengths to incorporate all of your desires in the design process, we recognize that new ideas may arise mid-construction, we ask to minimize the need for change orders. Our team will help facilitate the desired changes to the best of our abilities.
Step 5 : Home Completion
Our in-depth close-out process includes a full inspection by our team and an optional 3rd party inspection. You will receive copies of your manuals, warranty and maintenance information of your new home.
Step 6 : On-Going Services
Your relationship with Murphy Signature Homes doesn't end once we give you the keys. With every home we build, we offer 1-year builders warranty, 2-year manufacturer's warranty, and 10-year structural warranty so if any issues arise, our team will be ready to help with any questions or home repair issues.
