Terrence was a 2nd-round NFL Draft Pick by the Green Bay Packers after graduating from Texas A&M University as a 3X Academic All-Big 12 Student-Athlete. Terrence began working in the home building industry in 2005 and has never looked back.

Terrence started as a residential custom home Superintendent in 2006 at 23 years old before starting his own building company in 2008, after 8 years in construction in 2014, Terrence decided to follow his passion and vision for construction and design by starting Murphy Signature Homes. Similar to his real estate organization, The TM5 Team, Terrence wanted this company to be cutting edge and bring a different value proposition to the market. These spec and custom homes feature clean lines, hill country modern materials, a mixture of textures, and a broad range in size. Murphy Signature Homes builds luxury homes with unique architecture, contemporary design and a modern flare in the Bryan/College Station area.

Shania McLennan, a native of Kirkwood, Missouri, embarked on a remarkable journey that led her to become a multifaceted individual. Growing up in Kirkwood, she developed a passion for basketball early on, which eventually paved her path to Arkansas State University.

At Arkansas State, Shania distinguished herself not only as a fierce competitor on the court but also as a diligent scholar. She excelled in Division I basketball, showcasing her talent and dedication while pursuing her academic ambitions. Graduating with flying colors, Shania earned a degree in Accounting, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.

Beyond her academic and athletic achievements, Shania found her greatest joy and fulfillment in her family life. She is the devoted wife of Jahbari McLennan, and together, they are the proud parents of two sons, Houston and Harlem McLennan. Through the joys and challenges of family life, Shania's strength, resilience, and love shine brightly, guiding her through each chapter of her inspiring journey.

Erica Murphy grew up southwest of Houston in Sugar Land. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Terrence and Erica moved to College Station in March 2008 and bought their first home as a couple. Both Terrence and Erica have always loved modern/contemporary home design and spent years researching, viewing, and planning to build their own home one day. In 2016, they completed construction on their dream home in Traditions. Erica will be helping with the finances and bookkeeping of Murphy Signature Homes. Over the past 8 years, Erica has worked alongside Terrence doing bookkeeping and HR services for TM5 Properties. She also has assisted with property management for their investment properties, helped clients rent, buy and sell real estate, and performed client relations for TM5 Properties. Erica is excited to watch Murphy Signature Homes bring the modern and contemporary home design Bryan/College Station!

Keisha Bowie grew up in Lexington, Ky with a family of entrepreneurs & business owners. Growing up surrounded with a backdrop of real estate, construction, and small business, she quickly developed a passion for the same. Keisha attended the University of Kentucky and studied business management where she met her husband Jeremy Bowie. They have two children, Immanuel & Keileigh.

Keisha’s passion for people is the motivation to bring her clients the best! Bringing over 15 years of experience as a sales executive to the real estate industry, she is thrilled to help her clients achieve their financial goals. You can count on excellent customer service with a commitment to work hard. Building relationships with clients and maintaining those relationships with effective communication is her priority.

Keisha joins Murphy Signature Homes as a sales agent with a dynamic eye for detail & design.

When not working, Keisha loves spending time with her husband and children creating memories, traveling, and enjoying family game nights.

Trish was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Trish was a working student and graduated in April of 2018. In late 2021, she started to work as a Virtual Assistant for Terrence Murphy. Trish also helps with the administrative needs of Murphy Signature Homes. She is excited to see Murphy Signature Homes become the new standard for modern homes in Bryan/College Station.
