Wolf Den Groundbreaking Ceremony

On Thursday, March 3, 2022 with shovels in the ground, Murphy Signature Homes officially broke ground for the new subdivision, Wolf Den, in South College Station. This location will be the development of 19 luxury, single family, rental homes for the Bryan-College Station area.

Former Texas A&M Football player and founder of TM5 and Murphy Signature Homes, Terrence Murphy, celebrated the groundbreaking with his family, friends, and colleagues.

“College Station has a shortage of luxury rentals for families, and my vision for Wolf Den is to add some modern, contemporary luxury homes available for rent and they will be built by Murphy Signature Homes” - Terrence Murphy

Everything will be completed with businesses under the Terrence Murphy Companies brand, the development, construction, lease-up, insurance and management.

The new luxury rentals are expected to be completed by early 2023.
